A person without qualification cannot distinguish an ordinary digital signature from an advanced digital signature.
This check is carried out by the certification body/certification service provider that is registered with the Telekom-Control-Commission (TKK) and entered in the directory of providers of advanced signature services.
In Austria, apart from A-CERT, only one other provider offers advanced signature services.
